21ST CENTURY • REVOLUTIONARY • EXERCITATION
First of all to address the need, why i felt we need a "21st Century Philsophy and Technique" book is that during the post 911 peace movement we were obviously hampered by a lot of particularly 19th century revolutionary philsophy and even some 90's anti globalization movement left overs that were not so important in the post 911 "not in my name", stop the war on Iraq period of the Movement...
Attacking every dogma from "anarchists don't particpate in elections" to the Das Kapital assertion that all workers are necassarily systematically ripped off in a capitalist system - is capitalism even wrong? do we need a revolution? what against? maybe revolution was the problem all along? maybe we need to END the unfinished revolution Oliver Cromwell began and the entire world's been repeating ever since?
"non oppositional revolutionary philosophy" answers the question "what is the revolution against" by declaring that question moot... ...and dangerous!
"oppositional revolutionary philsophy" leads to certain american black power movement declaring all white people their enemy and make amatuer feminists believe hating men is a revolutionary action in itself
The far more interesting bit of the book where i shall recall all the wonderfull ideas i saw realised on the hundreds of actions around the London post 911 anti war movement going all the way back to Reclaim the Streets and beyond, road protests, samba bands, clowns, fulffies n spikeys... and rolling soundsytems
